Verboloom handles information to provide its text-to-speech website, studio, and API. Depending on your use, this may include your account email and login details, subscription and transaction details, text submitted for speech and resulting audio, character counts and API activity, and technical, diagnostic, and security records. Payment providers handle card information; we do not store full card details.
We use this information to manage accounts and subscriptions, generate speech, meter plan usage, provide support, secure the service, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. To produce speech, submitted text may be sent to Google Cloud Text-to-Speech or other speech-synthesis infrastructure providers. Providers process information as needed to operate the service.
We keep information as reasonably needed for service delivery, billing, security, dispute resolution, and legal obligations. The company and its providers may process information in other countries. We share information with providers that host, operate, secure, support, synthesize speech, or bill for the service, and where law requires or permits. We do not sell personal information for money.
Depending on where you live, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to certain processing. Contact us through the Verboloom website support channel. We may need to verify your request and may retain information where required by law. The service is not intended for children who are not legally able to use a paid service.
We use reasonable security measures, but no online service can be guaranteed completely secure. Essential cookies support sessions, security, and site functions. Browser settings can control cookies, though some features may not work without them. We may update this policy by posting a revised version.
